FEATURES:

Isofly H 650 has high adhesion strength and is resistant to water and frost. It provides a seamless insulation on the surface where it is applied. It is resistant to temperature difference with its plastic structure and it is easily prepared and applied. It is solvent-free and eco-friendly.

APPLICATION:

Isofly H 650 is used as waterproofing material in all buildings, especially in wet places such as balconies, bathrooms, toilets and kitchens, terraces, swimming pools and water tanks. It can be applied on all cement and screed surfaces based on cement. Isofly H 650 shouldn’t be used for wood, chipboard plywood and metal surfaces and shouldn’t be applied against negative water pressure on the surfaces. It shouldn’t be left naked in places exposed to direct sunlight.

Before application; the surface should be clean, moist, smooth and firm. Important defects and holes on the surface must be repaired at least 24 hours before application. Vertical and horizontal corners should be bevelled to ensure the continuity of the seal. Very porous surfaces such as gross concrete, cement-based plaster should be wetted with clean water and the surface should be waited until the water layer disappears so that the surface remains moist.

In applications, the ambient temperature should be between + 5 °C and + 30 °C, avoiding application in very humid and/or very hot weather. It shouldn’t be applied on frozen, melting surfaces or on the surfaces that have the risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.

For each layer, by adding 20 kg of powder component to the 10 kg of liquid component slowly, it should be mixed with the help of low-speed (400 rpm) mixer until there is no dry powder or lump and it becomes homogenous. After resting for 3-4 minutes, the mixture should be mixed for 1-2 min again before the application. The product should be mixed at intervals during the application. Isofly H 650 should be applied on the whole surface at least 2 times with the help of brush or towel. The application of each layer should be made perpendicular to the previous one. Wait at least 5 hours between coats. The application time of the mortar is maximum 3 hours, the water impermeability time of the application is 7 days, the full drying time is minimum 48 hours (23 ± 2°C and 50 ± 5 % relative humidity).

Its own liquid should only be used for the mixture and absolutely no water should be added. Strictly, no foreign materials should be added. Dilatation joints on the application surfaces shouldn’t be covered with Isofly H 650 and continuity of insulation should be provided with dilatation insulation tapes at these points. In wet volume applications, vertical and horizontal corners should be supported with corner insulating tapes. Isofly H 650 -applied surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, air flows and frost for 3 days. If necessary, the surface should be moistened and kept moist. On surfaces that may be exposed to mechanical impacts, a protective layer such as ceramic should be applied on Isofly H 650. At least 3 days after Isofly H 650 is applied, ceramics, etc. coating application should not be started. All tools should be washed with water before drying.

CONSUMPTION: The recommended amount of consumption for 2 mm film thickness is 3,5 kg/m². This value may vary depending on the surface and ambient conditions.

SHELF LIFE: It is a year from the production date in moisture-free and dry environments. The port of the containers should be tightly closed when not in use. The liquid component must be protected from frost.
